The Legacy Line Returns & Refund Policy

Because each Legacy Line product is created with care and features licensed historical artwork, we only offer returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged:

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@thelegacyline.co within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage/defect.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for items that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect due to a fulfillment error
  • Significantly different from the product description

We do not accept returns for:

  • General wear and tear
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size or color preferences
  • Personalized or customized products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our facility, an approved refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If your item qualifies for a return due to damage, we will either replace it (if inventory is available) or issue a refund.
